i was just wondering, if you already have a nanroid backup on ur sdcard, and then make another nandroid backup for a different rom, will it overwrite the existing backup already on there?? or will you now have two nandroids??

It'll make a new one. You can have as many or as few nandroids of your setups as you'd like. (Well, not too many on the sd card, they take up a lot of memory).

ok, thanks....think ima go flash happy today and wanted to make sure that i could keep the stock nandroid and the evolved recharged rc1 that im running now...

I'd suggest to remove any intermediate nandroids once you know you don't need em. Do a little house keeping every so often or it will get cluttered, believe me! Once you start flashing like a jag off, you'll have crap all through your card. :D

Sure. And you can always move extra nandroids over to your computer for safe keeping if you don't want to clutter your sd.

Oh, and if you rename them, make sure you do not include any spaces (I follow examples I learned from folks here, just add text to the end -- so for example an older one I have is
"BDARS-20110726-0117_MikG_2-4_themed")
