Root Nandroid restore - Any problems?

I am about to downgrade my phone from 2.52 Skyraider, 2.15 radio, unrevoked forever.

I am just going to go stock rom, but keep the radio and keep it rooted.

Anything to worry about downgrading via nandroid restore?
