Has anyone had their hero take an extremely long time to nandroid? I have rooted a couple of phones, and i am doing this one for a friend. Making nandroid before flashing a ROM and says, "performing backup:......" It has periods going on almost the whole screen now and has been running a lot longer than the previous phones I rooted. Any ideas?
