Nandroids and Titanium Backup

Is it possible to use a backed up app from one nandroid on another? I would assume yes since you're using the same SD card.

yes, get titanium backup and press menu-batch-backup all apps DO NOT BACKUP SYSTEM APPS LIKE HTC SENSE ETC OR YOU MIGHT GET BOOTLOOP(OR THE HOME/CALL BUTTON MIGHT NOT WORK IF YOU INSTALL A NEW ROM THEN REBOOT)

EStrongs File Explorer will back up your apps too. The advantage of Titanium Backup is that it backs up the data too if you want.

That way if you half way through Angry Birds Rio, for example, then you can restore that app and the data on your new ROM and start where you left off. It works great.
