Help national dataservice error

Hey, I recently started receiving this message. I'm able to receive pictures and upload to Facebook/twitter, just not able to send via texts. I check all forums, I've done battery pulls, #228 option 2, airplane mode etc.

The last thing I want to do is a Factory reset.

this has yet to be fixed. And the last thing I want is to get a refurbished phone and install all roms/apps etc

only thing that will fix it is a factory reset

had the same issue on mine, did everything you have already tried, called VZW customer service and tried it all again

factory reset fixed it - no issues since then
