Help Native ICS Home Screen

Is it possible to not use TouchWiz on the Note and instead use the stock / native ICS home screen? Or, would I have to download an app like Nova Launcher?
 
Either root and flash an ics rom, or get nova launcher and have your phone appear that it's ics. The menus etc will still be touch wiz but your homescreens and folders will look ics like.
 
I'd use Nova or Apex launcher personally. Rooting and ROMing just for the ICS home screen look is overkill and probably will lose your s-pen functionality.
 
Thanks for your replies. I am debating on getting the Note II when it comes out or the next Nexus. I really like ICS / Jellybean's home screens, so if I go with the Note II, I will likely use Nova Launcher.
