Native video calling feature

On the other hand the Samsung Galaxy S has this feature by default. The GALAXY Nexus has a front facing VGA camera and supports 3g

And when I say video call I don't mean VoIP using an application; I mean video calling (video telephony) over the mobile service provider network, exactly the same as what is in the Samsung Galaxy S ( and most mobiles that have a front camera and 3g. "all Nokias"). So you can check it in Galaxy S and compare it with the Nexus S in order to add this feature.

If I understand you correctly, it may not have video calling out of the box.

Bloat can go both ways. It includes the crap most people don't want (VZNavigator) along with stuff that's kind of cool (Swype, Kindle). Though it's a Samsung phone, being vanilla and bloat free means most of the stuff every Samsung includes will not be there. If it's something you can download separately from the Market, you're all set.

If I missed your point, uh, have a great day!
