Your question made no sense, whatsoever.
But, I'll try to answer it as best I can.
Google Maps has, built in, a navigation component. Android has a car-home app that launches when you place the phone in the car dock, which as shortcuts to different programs, one of them being maps/navigation.
They aren't separate programs, they are built into Google Maps.

Maps is a normal mapping application. It's not a turn by turn GPS. It's just like using Google Maps online. Totally different purpose from Navigation.
Navigation is the turn-by-turn GPS app.
The Car Dock is simply an easy-to-access mode with big buttons for when you're in the car. Its maps and navigation links are to the same apps that the phone has in its app drawer, and the Car Dock app will automatically launch if you buy the Motorola car dock and put the phone in it. It's triggered by a magnet.

Maps is what it is, Google Maps. Navigation is the shortcut to Google Navigation. CarDock is just a "Dock" with bigger buttons to the apps, so that you can get to and see them better while driving or whatever.
I believe the CarDock button for location just brings up Google Maps. (dont use it much myself, yet.)

anyways, they are shortcuts as described above in great detail to pretty much the same thing, google maps, so for instance if you are wanting to navigate somewhere in a hurry you click the navigate button which gets you right to the spot to enter some destination addreses and what not, if you are in your car and place the phone in the dock then get giant easy to press buttons and you can launch gps from car dock. just googles way of making life easy and wonderful and thinking aheadfor you.
