Help Navigation Speakers

So I have Google Maps with Navigation, Sprint Navigation, and Telenav all installed and operable on my Moment. DD10 w/joeys recovery (not rooted)

I decided to see how accurate each was today on a short trip. They were all pretty accurate, but I did notice that both Google Maps and Telenav sounds were coming from the earpiece, while Sprint Nav was from the rear speaker where it should be!

Anyone else notice this?

You might be experiencing the 2.1 bug where sound comes out from the ear piece. Plug in a set of headphones and unplug them or reset your phone

Still confused. Restarted, (battery pull) tried the headset plug trick, still Google Nav and Telenav play through the earpiece, and all other music and Sprint Nav go through the speakers! Interesting.

I want to know why the speaker is on the back to begine with? That is so dumb.. It should of been on the front.
