One bite at a time...
So how many NC owners do we have here at AF?

How many have nootered their tablets?

Step up to the bar folks... the first brewski is on me!

wow the traffic is...nonexistent here!

I'm nootered, running livewallpapers, enabled multitouch. I'm loving Dolphin, Twidroyd, Wordfeud, AndChat (irc application) and RealCalc on this thing. Thunderstorm free looks beautiful as a LWP.

My feeling is that the traffic is so little right now because so many of the NCs bought so far are being given as christmas gifts and are currently sitting...waiting...wrapped up in colorful paper, itching to get out, get nootered and have its awesomeness unlocked.

Right now I spend most of my time sitting in the #nookcolor chat at freenode Web IRC (qwebirc) watching the people who are trying to get android market/GAPPS working. After both christmas and a working market happen, this device is going to EXPLODE!

That seems like a quite plausible explanation!

Hopefully we'll see others check in here so we can continue to build this community of NC owners...

I am rooted also and I am loving my NC. It has replaced my 17" laptop which was really heavy to carry around. I go to school and all my books are pdf format so having my NC makes it easier to do reading on my lunchbreak and get a little work done. Now if only I could get it to connect to my Moto Droid, I would be very happy.

My droid is rooted but it wouldn't connect because The Droid 1 does not support ad hoc (hotspot) connections. However a member at XDA has found a way around it and now I am able to connect.

hi all, my nookcolor is rooted and my twin bought one and rooted his last night.
I may never read another book again.
