Nope, I haven't heard a peep from either Phases or the NDrive support people yet. Starting to make me think twice about actually buying something from these people, if this is how their support is... I'm considering calling them to see if I can get a straight answer from someone, or at least be sure someone is actually listening, but their support number is in Portugal, and I'd rather not have to pay for a phone call to get something for free.
