I just received a text message from verizon saying that i am eligible for $100 off for an early upgrade to any 4g phone. do i have to redeem this over the phone or can i go to a local coorporate store to use this to upgrade to a resound?
Sorry for replying late. I hope you didn't get it over the phone yet. I got the same exact thing. The lady over the phone at Verizon told me I had to do it over the phone. But when I went in the store they let me do it. Note thst it has to be a corporate store snd cannot be an authorized retailer. Good luck! And enjoy your new rezound... I know i am.
