Help Nearly no apps work after rom reflash

I recently tried to flash an ICS alpha rom, that worked fine. But after I nandroid restored back to my normal ROM nearly nothing worked. Nearly all the widgets are gone, all the non-system apps are gone (incl. the market). I have tried factory restoring it through emergency mode THREE TIMES but still the problem persists (default roms won't boot).
I have tried a few of my nandroid backups though none seem to work.
Installing apps via ADB also doesn't work.

Help? please? I really don't know what to do.

Seriously help guys? I don't want to be stuck with a dumbphone.

The ICS alpha works fine. (except for it's own bugs)

Okay, I figured out the problem was with the dalvik-cache and sd-ext, the dalvik-cache was inaccessable.
