Need a lady's opinion stat!

Okay, our anniversary is coming up next week. The lady hasn't said anything about a possible gift (we already have plans for a concert on the date), but her Michael Kors watch has seen better days. She's a touch abusive with it and it's pretty scratched up. I'm thinking of getting her a new watch, something a little different but similar. She likes bulky, chunky stuff. I got her a big Kors bracelet for her birthday last year that she likes. Don't know of brands or style similar but if anyone can give some tips or ideas, I'm all for it! :)
This is hers (more or less) now:

You could always give her that loaf of Banana Walnut Bread you made for me but never sent...wait...

:vroam: from thread fast!

That is a nice watch BN, but I'm not 100% sure it's the right one....

Maybe run this one by her:

:D

Perhaps some Michael Kors "Very Hollywood" perfume?
I know I would be happy with that.:)

She's not a fan of perfume at all. Nor am I a cologne kind of guy either. :)

That's what my wife wants to go with her $400 Micheal Kors purse I bought her for our anniversary this past April.

Her folks got her a really nice Kors purse last year for her birthday. She hardly ever uses it since she likes to beat her purses to death. It's also something she's super picky about and I still can't figure out what kind of purse she likes. :o
Watches or jewelry, on the other hand, I at least have some grasp on what she likes.

Your wife's not doing her job if she hasn't been dropping not-so-subtle hints about what she wants.

When I say not-so-subtle, I mean something like "I want THAT. Did you hear what I said? THAT. What did I say I wanted? That's right!"

We are guys after all - that's about as subtle as we get :D

^ This is spot on!

Exactly what happens with my wife and I. :p

Yeah.. my wife and I both evolved to that over time. It really is a nice way to go about it.

However I do resort to some sort of surprise, taking a chance, at times, in addition to what she told me she wanted, not instead of what she told me she wanted. ;)

I agree, but the thing is, we generally don't share gifts. It's more about saving up some money for a house (or what not), but I always take the opportunity to get her something nice. Birthday, anniversary whatever it is.
She basically will NEVER drop hints about something she wants.
I'm more or less the same. Usually stuff I'd like is boring as hell, but I did appreciate the blender I got for my birthday a few years ago. :)

It's the thought that count's. But, on the day, just hold her, look into her eye's, and say,
I Love You!!! ;)

Ditto - it's the only way ;)

So true.

But my missus would definitely, unequivocally, I-can-hear-her-saying-it, answer "I love you, too. Now where's my present?" :D

Not necessarily. Neither daughter nor I give a damn about presents. It's the little things you do all year that count.

Took me years to convince the Vulcan I don't want the usual crap. No clothes, jewelry, candy or cut flowers. He tried but now just gives me a check.

I certainly wouldn't pay $400 for a handbag!

Whelp, after walking around the counter at Macys a million times and also checking Nordstrom Rack, this is what I ended up with:

It's similar to her watch now but obviously without all the wear on it. ;)
Also got a great discount on it which Macy's always seems to be offering!

I like cash myself!!:D But a check will work;)

Okay, so now I'm trying to find a site where you can make at least slightly customized cards. The one I like had to mail you the card (I don't have enough time). I'm tired of the crap cards at Target and the few cool card stores we have in town have closed.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a site where you can print from?
(I tried Greetings Island but the cards are pretty bad and I'm having issues printing from it)
