Okay, so last week I mentioned I was having an issue with the Internet on my phone. Well, I stupidly put it back to factory settings before making sure everything was backed up, which left my greatly devastated.
I had my photos already backed up, however, I hadn't realised until it was too late that I had lost a very important memo from my phone... it was a memo where I had listed all of my 10 month old daughter's 1st moments (eg first smile, laugh, etc., etc.).
I had finally accepted that everything was gone forever, until a couple of my friends tried telling my that I should be able to retrieve the lost information via my Google account.
How much truth is there to this? I am a little skeptical about even trying, I don't want it to be in vain.
My phone was always logged into the Google account, but seeing as it was a handmedown from my mother I don't know if Keis or anything else to back information up was installed. The way people have been explaining it, my phone should have been saving the information on its own?
If this is the case how would I attempt about finding this information using my Google account??
