Need a little information.

Just got an email from my brother and he asked me a couple of questions I don't know the answer to about Android because this is my first smart phone. I don't know what hardware he's looking at but I figured you good people here would be able to give him some answers...

He's curious if you know how it will work with his work Outlook server, hotmail contact updates so forth. Basically all the nifty stuff you would be used to on MS Mobile.

It should work with Exchange, but it won't automatically sync his Hotmail contacts (at least without a 3rd party app). You should probably tell him that a lot of the functionality is based on having a Google account, just like how having a Windows Live MSN account is used a lot on a Windows mobile phone. He should still be able to use his email account fine though.
