hi guys

i've my smartphone Huawei Ascend Y511 - U30

in the specs there is the internal storage is 4GB

and then i found that was 1.24 GB Free why it is not 4GB ?

and the ram too it must be 512 MB
but i found it 472 MB What is that ????????????

Hi SuperBedo, welcome to the site

There is 4GB total internal storage, but the Android operating system takes up space and leaves 1.24GB available to use. Most people recommend 8GB+ phones because of this.

Similar to internal storage, some RAM is used by the OS and GPU so it's not included when you look at usage.
