Root Need advice on choosing a rom

I certainly hope I didnt offend anyone in the eariler post about the one click rooting method I posted. Still learning the rules here. My bad folks.
 
I tried the new gingerbread rom with sense 2.1.
Its pretty good, but IMO was kind of slow. Actually slower than normal
I also missed the other cool stuff from evervolv rom, so I ended up switching back.
I also dont like the layout of it. But thats my personal preferance. Wish they had 5 buttons i can use down at the dock. =/
Hm.
I also love the 3D app drawer :)
If evervolv would have sense, i would love it even more.
