Root Need Assistance

I'm selling my phone I unrooted it, factory rested it and now everything's back to stock factory but when I try to update my software it goes through, the phone reboots but in the middle of it it says error then when it turns on it gives me a " this office is suspected of rooting".... It's on version D. I want to sell it with him being able to update the software if a new one comes out in the future and not have this problem. Is there any fix for this? Thank you all

Wrong thread, sigh.
There is a thread where you can offer your device somewhere in the android forums, I suggest you do that so that maybe a developer or an experienced user can buy it and mess around with it and helping our community.
But if you don't wanna do that, I suggest eBay, they pay more.
But if you really want, then craigslist is good too
