Root Need BoostMobile Prevail 2 StockRom

My phone is crazy since I flashed the deodexed rom from Virgin Mobile.
Constant reboots wont root and asking to update to MH5 and if i do it bricks and have to restore it with odin....
I need the original BoostMobile Stock Rom to fix my phone please.
Preferred is it flashable through CWM Recovery.

And is there any way to get the Yellow Triangle away?
"Triangle Away" app not supporting this phone yet.

my sister tried rooting my boost galaxy prevail 2, it started acting terribly. She unrooted it and my status notification bar is gone. My battery life doesnt show. My time wony show. Plus my home screen background is just black. I cant change it. Help plz!
