Help Need Complete help

hey guys , i'am a complete noob when it comes to android , i just got my S2 a couple of days ago

and i noticed the phone is running android 2.3.3 and rooted aaand sim unlocked

now if you guys help me how to update to ICS or Jelly Bean (i heard that they are the best versions)

and after doing that how to root it and then unlock-the sim (not the legit way the pirate/crack way)

and thanks alot

There is only an unofficial release of Jelly Bean to-date. Details of how to flash this are here or here, as you are rooted.

and after doing that how to root it

If your phone is already unlocked, as you mention above, then it will remain unlocked/sim free.
