Help Need Estrongs File Explorer Install Instructions.

I've downloaded the app es_file_explorer_v1_6_1_0.apk but cant find any
instruction's on installing this to my phone other than to download different app to install Estrongs. I only want to install one app, Can someone give me detailed instructions how to this.
I'm able to unpack the file using my PC.

Can't you just download and install via the market? Here's the link: ES File Explorer.

Alternatively, do you have HTC Sync installed on your PC? You can install apks via your PC with that.
