Ok so my galaxy S2 was not charging on the charger or the usb cord so i took it to the phone dr and he had it for about 2 hours and he said that it had water damage.
so he ended up not charging me for the time he spent on it and he kind of fixed my usb port but now i keep getting this error(charging paused voltage to high)
and now i cant use my phone as a phone because no sim card will work in it just says please insert sim card please help i want my phone back to normal

Unfortunately, if it does indeed have water damage, there is no telling what is wrong with it. Water damage does so many weird things to a phone. You can try a factory reset, but otherwise I am not sure what else could be done...
