Help Need help adding a programs icon to the homescreen

Was the Tune-In Radio app pre-installed on the LTEvo? As soon as I signed in and the phone loaded it started downloading all my previous apps from my old phone and tablet so I'm not sure if it downloaded or was preloaded. But I love that it is integrated enough to control it from the lock screen as I listen to ESPN radio through it all day long. However, I can not find an icon for it ANYWHERE in either the launcher or in the apps list trying to add it to the home screen. I can add the widget but how can I find/create the shortcut. I have restarted the phone multiple times and it has not appeared that way either.

It must've been pre-installed, because I reinstalled tune in pro, but regular tune in is here, too. I can create a shortcut for pro, but only widget for regular. Weird.

Are you sure it was pre installed?

I have the free version of Sound Hound showing in my apps to update it, but its not installed.

Not showing that way on my sons or wifes phone.

I logged into my acct on my sons phone and guess what appeared. Free version of Sound Hound.

It had been uninstalled on my OG EVO for some time.

I did get the paid version when it was on sale, but it too had been uninstalled.

None of my paid apps have appeared on my apps since I got the new phone.

When I log into the Play Store on the computer and go to my apps, I can't even view the S's and the rest of the alphabet. It goes back the the beginning of the list.

The store is definitely messed up.

I am thinking people had similar situations, it showed in update and people auto or updated all and got these odd ghost apps some how hard linked to your acct, meanwhile the ones you paid for aren't showing up... At least for me.

Edit: think my post doesn't apply to this situation hehe sorry

Kinda like that Tune-in is integrated like that, is it possible to get Pandora like that? Can control Tune-in from the lock screen and because I switch from headphones to the car plug a lot during the day it's much easier than unlocking the screen and restarting Tune-in.
