Help Need help after factor reset - Lost 4G

After doing a factory reset, I am unable to connect to the mobile network. WiFi works, voice calls work, text messages go through, etc.

Sometimes the 4G or 3G signal will "turn on" in the status bar, but I still can't connect.

I do have LTE/CDMA selected under Network Mode.

If it is a clue, I also can't connect to My Verizon through Wi-Fi.

I am still running GB.

Is this a SIM card problem? Or something else?
