Root Need help after overclocking

So yes, off the bat I am a "noob" to androids and rooting in general. I just completed the rooting of my Samsung Admire, though I don't believe it was completely rooted as i remember updating the binaries couldn't write su to /system and i couldn't install the latest busybox but did the version before the newest. What I've done is overclocked something to do with the LCD and something else, i messed with the slider setting and changed it. Rebooted to see what it would do and now my phone just does a series of vibrates over and over. Is there any way to get out of the loop or maybe recover to a earlier stage? It's late, I wasn't thinking. ****me.

did u use an app for this?

No, it goes pass the Metro slogan but then goes to a blank black screen and vibrates every so often, continuously.

heh.. you can try to boot it into recovery lol.. not sure what the key combo for that phone is.. but most stock recoverys on metro phones will put the phone back to out of the box condition..

Default Recovery Mode
To get into Recovery Mode:

1) Turn phone off.
2) Press and hold Back, Volume Down, and Power keys.
3) Continue holding all three keys until device powers on and recovery menu appears.

Navigate using volume up/down keys, and Home key for enter.

Took me a few minutes to figure out how to do it myself last night.

Give Thanks to Elexion he had figured this out, I did not.

Good luck to you.

Well, I would take it back to the store where you bought it and exchange it. I would just tell them it would not turn back on after it powered down.
