Help need help badly ..please !!!!

I been facing a problem with my HTC one m8 that whenever I install my stock rom ... my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth doesn't work...it says
" Faild to load driver , reason : unknown error (19) "...
I tried many sense custom roms . .but the result was same ... what can I do now .. ? Please give me an urgent solution :'(

Once you have installed stock rom,Try doing a factory reset afterwards.And see if that fixes it.

Suggestions coming from a Samsung user's perspective;
1. Make sure your custom recovery is updated to the latest release
2. For Samsung users, we have to unlock the bootloader (if locked) before we can Flash custom ROMs. Making sure the bootloader and Modem (which controls the radio signals etc) are updated which allows the hardware drivers to work properly with the updated ROM. I believe for HTV users, these are know as CID and MID. So check those out.
3. Flash a different Kernel. Some kernels may not be compatible with certain custom ROMs.

As opposed to just flashing a stock rom, you might try running an RUU and seeing if it fixes the problem. Assuming the available RUU works for your device and runs successfully, if that doesn't fix the issue, it's most likely a hardware issue.
