Need help.Can not unlock boot loader every app just forse close random restart etc

HI now i can not use my phone normaly.It is all stock but i have problems.Sometimes phone wont boot just stuck on HTC logo and that is all.So i pull out batery and restore and sometimes again not boot sometimes boot up in system.Factory reset,wipe cashe dont help.Stock recovery,not rooted factory rom.

I have problem that sence just restarting and every setup is back when phone restar.I uninstall some app and phone restart itself and app is still there?
i try unlock boot loader via http://www.htcdev.com/bootloader but stuck on step 5.waiting for device ad when i restart in fastboot mode it is see connection but i get error <bootloader> [err] command error.i try ruu and everuthin pass but phone have same system like i did not do anything????
And when i pull out battery and power on it hears 1 vibration pause then 7 fast vibration.

Any idea maybe i do something wrong let s start over from beginning

and i notice when try to clear cashe i get error e: can't open/cache/recovery/command looks like rom memory is lock somehow
