Root Need help deleting Apps

I got some new apps on my phone and just like Skype and Slacker I can't uninstall them. (Though I found and deleted those two. My phone is rooted btw.) Can anyone tell me the file names for Google's "Talk" - "Crome To Phone" - "Car Home" - and "Voice" just so I can be sure which one is the correct one. I don't care for Google too much cause they're...shady, just their Maps and Navigation, don't take kindly to them installing crap on my phone without my permission. Just cause I want Navigation updated, doesn't mean I want their other spy apps on my phone, specially when they keep starting themselves. Thanks for any help.

All of those apps can be un-installed through normal methods (except for talk). Menu - settings - applications - manage - find and un-install. Make a backup before uninstalling ANY application as some are necessary for other functions of the phone to work.

There is also a stickied thread at the top of this forum with commonly un-installed apps.
