Help NEED HELP DESPERATELY! S3 Mini stuck on a bootloop

I have searched all over the internet and I can't find the solution to this.

My phone has been acting weird lately, for example it would say it's charging up when no charger is connected and it happen for several days, my battery pretty much was dying. Yesterday I travelled outside the city and since battery is dying the phone turned off eventually and didn't turn it back on until I came back later that night, only to see my phone was in a boot loop.

I can't access recovery mode cause after a few seconds loading the phone turns off by itself and goes back to the bootloop. I can do the download/ODIN mode, I installed the firmware that way and even a CWM Recovery and it is still in a bootloop.

My PC does not recognize the phone unless when on Download mode, ODIN does recognize it and that's the only signal I can get that my phone is kind of alive.

Pardon my english, I speak spanish and I don't know much about this, maybe nothing, all the technical words (if any) I'm using here are because I discovered trying to find a solution for this, no previous knowledge at all. I don't know what ROM (read it several times already), don't know how to root my phone, USB debugging isn't an option as I can't turn it on.

Please help me!

Hello and welcome to the forums. To repair the device we will need to know the firmware you was on and the carrier .

Done that several times already, did it one more time right now and nothing happens. The link you gave me says at the end:

"If your device is stuck in bootloop (device restart continuously after showing Samsung logo ) then restart your device in downloading mode, open Odin, click PDA button and browse param_I8190.tar then click on Start."

But the file I downloaded with the firmware is just one, there is no param_i8190.tar.

I see all the firmware are taken off can I ask where did you get yours from and do you have a full zip

What I am saying is was that the firmware on the device . if not that will cause you to brick and until you find the correct one if we do this will continue .

Hi, sorry, is there a way to talk with you in real time? I don't know, Skype or something, cause I feel like I'm not advancing here.

Could it be a hardware issue?

I don't know what was the firmware on my phone cause I can't turn it on to see and the only I thing know is that I had it up to date cause I had it search for firmware updates before and it told me it was up to date. According to Sammobile dot com, that firmware I'm telling you is the latest for my country.

Nahh its not the hardware I see 3 updates that makes that mh1 to mh3 I Dont know which one you had and I Dont know how you flashed in Odin was it PDA or ???? Now the Sam file you showed is from Samsung but it isn't for your area . I found another one for you to show your device wasn't up to date
[ROM][CWM]i8190LUBAMH1[STOCK] - xda-developers

I actually saw that one and downloaded the files but there is no .tar or .md5 files in there.

Try it I know it Dont have just need device to boot so I can get correct firmware to help fix your device

I would try it but Odin doesn't find any compatible file to use for the flash. It's a folder with lots of other folders inside but not compatible file for the flash.

How about reboot the PC turn the phone off wait about five minutes reboot everything and retry it with the first firmware and the directions on the Odin I gave you
