Help NEED HELP DESPERATELY! S3 Mini stuck on a bootloop

Thanks for pointing that one out. I am the owner of the website. If you had simply made a comment I would have helped you earlier. I forgot to upload the param_I8190.tar file. I have updated the post and provided the download link.

However, I must mention the you must only do it after flashing the ROM not before. Also make sure that you are using the I8190 model not any other variant. You can additionally enter into the recovery mode and then clear cache and wipe partition, this is an easy solution and 9 times out of 10, it works. Please use this method before flashing param_I8190.tar file.
