Help need help fast! stuck on incredible screen

So my phone now will only reboot up to the HTC Incredible white screen. I'm not even sure what the issue is, all i did last before it got stuck was erase data on an old sd card i had in the phone. Then I just did a reboot and it froze on the white screen.

I'm running GHBevervolv 2.3.2 with 2.6.37.4 incredikernel.

I can get into HBOOT but when i click on recovery it takes me into fastboot everytime.

What can i do to fix this????

Pull the battery for ten minutes and power back on. Other option is to find a copy of clockwork and flash in hboot.
