I own a scroll excel tablet. When it arrived everything was fine and working well. One day I boot the device and it won't play videos or sounds. The video play boots up and the time bar goes along the bottom but there's no picture. Also the soumd is on full volume and won't play unless the tablet is locked which is awfully strange.
