Help Need help find access to TF catd info and USB slot

I just got my flytouch 3 superpad and need help finding where I get access to any data I put on the Tf card and how i get access to data on flash drive I attach to USB slots. Thought I might look at some movies just do not know how to get to them.

Use a file explorer app like Astro

The internal is at mnt/local or mnt/sdcard, or just local - sdcard depending on the file browser , the external is sdcard1, and the USB is at Udisk1 and Udisk2
