So I want to flash this ROM:

I have the following:
It has been one-click rooted. When I try the update.zip from clockwork it opens, goes to install, then just exits the install process immediately. I have the DK28 modem and sph-d700-dk28-8g-rel file. It says I need dk28 modem, so do I use odin to put on the moden and tar or just the modem?
Do I use the update.zip while I'm still running eclair, or update to froyo first?
