Help Need help for Bengali

[PALASH]

I am using HTC Wildfire A3333 (Android OS version 2.2.1 upgraded from previous version). I can never use Bengali font in my phone system. However, using Opera I can see bengali writings. But I want to use Bengali in SMS writing, reading as well as view Bengali web pages in Internet Explorer.

Can anybody please help?

It works for android 1.x but the guy wasn't sure whether it will work on 2.x or not.

And this method will replace android's fallback font. Will that be a good thing to do?

Anybody knows anything about this ? I am using Samsung Galaxy S I-9000 and Android 2.2 Fryo. It would be really nice to use Bangla font in it.

I rooted my device and installed Bengali font. Now can read Bengali but not perfectly. "Aa kar", "E Kar" and etc are displayed wrongly. Anyone got any solution?
I'm using Galaxy mini with 2.3.4.
