I am new here and have just updated my S2 to 4.0.4. I don't have problems with it except for one: I can't screencap. I've tried the combos I've used before updating (Home button + Power) but it didn't work. I also tried the other combo (Volume down + Power) but it didn't work as well. Please help, thank you!

Screenshots are tricky on the SGSII. As you say, there are two methods depending on which firmware you have.

If you still cannot get screenshot to work you could try posting your particular firmware version...
Settings > About phone > Build number
and see if anyone can help.

That is a very old, original, ICS firmware release for Hong Kong. I feel sure that there could have been an update since this was released. Unfortunately, I cannot check at the moment as the SamMobile site is down. You can check for yourself when the site is up by entering i9100OZS into the firmware search box. Alternatively, you could try connecting to the Samsung PC Suite, Kies, and see if you are offered an update.
