Need help from those who purchased cheap ebay battery for lucid

I bought a cheap ebay battery. Went to put it in, and where the plus and minus are on the label don't match the OEM one.

Can anyone with a cheap battery that looks like this: (actually now I look its off in that picture too...) confirm whether its ok or will short my phone please?

That battery worked for me for a while but now it does not hold a charge

Yup, that battery sucks worse than the stock.... Makes me sad
