I need to know how to remove a custom rom off of an android phone. I sold my hero on e bay factory reset and the buyer at her sprint store couldn't get it activated.

Moved to the Hero root area for you, owna.
Is you sure to the right Hero root area? He wrote something about a sprint store
. So either he has an htc and she wanna go CDMA which wont go. Or he has a CDMA and there is something else. Either way ppl always write the exact type of your device
Simply flash the .7 build and that will restore the phone back to stock with the latest version on it and you will be good to go
