Ok so here it goes hopefull someone can help me out. I was running broken out and it was great however setting it up with my new nexus 7 as a bt controller there where some files missing so I went back to stock using the method outlined here

It install okay but when I tried to run rom toolbox it would not restore my apps so I tried to do a factory reset from the setting with in the stock rom. Under the accounts setting in the menu. Then the phone booted back to cwm and I did the full wipe factory cache and so on. After I hit reboot the phone just keeps booting to cwm I even tried to install a zip and nothing. When I try using the lg update tool it won't connect to the phone I'm thinking I am going to have to use some commands in the adb shell but I wouldn't even know where to begin. Can some one please help. Thanks in advance.
