Help need help im new

i am new to this site and i need help not sure were to post for help so if u can help feel free haha
ok the problem is i have a samsung gt-i9100 and someone tryed downloading jelly bean on it as i was running icecream sandwich well they made mistakes and now i am missing google framework google play store basically there is nothing on my phone now and its playing up big time i need someone that is clued up about this phone to help please how do i start all over again and get it right

Rule #1... Don't let stupid clots flash things to your phone!

I'm guessing that they probably tried to flash a custom Jelly Bean ROM without a gapps package by the sound of it.

Anyway, lets not bother about that now. Lets get you sorted.

If you are sure that your model of phone is the GT-i9100 model and no other variant, then, unless you happen to know, or can find out your CSC code, see post #1, item #1.1, here, I suggest that you download the latest stock Samsung, Jelly Bean, firmware, I9100XWLSN_I9100OXXLS8_DNF.zip, and flash it to your phone by carefully reading and following the instructions in item #1.7, here.
