Root Need help installing cm7-tg reloaded

When I reboot into recovery & wipe all date/factory reset then I wipe Calvin cache
& when I install the Tom it install just fine but when I go to reboot the phone it turns off but when I turn it back on it stays on the same screen for a long time. CURRENTLY RUNNING FROYOCREAM SANDWICH.

You may have downloaded a corrupt file. I would download the rom again and perform a data factory reset first then install the rom.
 
What if it won't download? Like on my phone click link, start download, download unsuccesful :( I downloaded it on my computer and moved it to my sd card but it wouldnt install that way either.


EDIT: Tried a different browser and it worked lol I didnt think that would have an effect >.<
 
Do the 3 wipes data factory reset, dalvik cache, then format the system in mounts & storage, then flash CM7, right after flash the Gapps

What exactly does a GAPPS do? Do I put it on the Phones SD card and install it on just like I would with a ROM?

Gapps is google apps. This is what is needed to get the market and being able to sync your phone to your google account

doing a full wipe in cwmr does all of that so you don't have to manually wipe each part
