Root Need help!! please dont ignore!!

Well recently i was on CM!0 build, S-OFF and Hboot 5.50, and i tried switching back from CM10 to sense, so i was going back to midnight rom. well i went into 4EXT recovery, wiped everything, and then installed midnight rom 4.9. i turned on the phone, and it stayed on the HTC screen for a long time. after about 20 minutes i tried rebooting it, but then tried downloading an hboot update to 1.58.5858. Then i went into fastboot and accepted the PG86IMG update, and it rebooted my phone. But then again, i was stuck at the HTC logo screen. Then i tried going into fastboot, but it made me accept the update again, but this time i pressed cancel, and it made me reboot my phone. But now, when i try to turn on my phone, the capacitive buttons turn on, the phone gives a small vibration, but the screen stays black!! Can someone tell me what i did wrong besides forgetting to delete the PG86IMG file immediatly after using it??

Can i please get help! I think I`m bricked.
My phone shows the red charging light when conected to the computer, my computer makes a sound signaling phone detection.
But when I turn on my phone, I just have a black screen. Can't boot into bootloader.

Take the battery out
Take the SD card out
Put the battery in
Boot to boot loader
Once you are on the white boot loader screen, connect phone to charger
Take the battery out
Install SD
Install battery
Now you can select recovery
Connect to you PC and select USB storage and remove pg86img

Now I would wipe everything except SD
Reboot recovery
Wipe everything again
Then flash ROM

Thanks but now the problem is that i had an extended battery, and left it charging for about 4 hours while i went out. I got back home, and now the phone won't turn on, or even show the red indicator light. I put in my stock battery, the red charging indicator turns on, but the phone still doesn't turn on. But when i charge it, now I think the battery is being depleted instead of charging.

What does device manager say when you plug the device in?

Is it QHSUSB?

I don't quite see it saying QHSUSB, but for that process, do I necessarily need linux or can i do it on windows vista?

Also now that i try to boot into bootloader using my computer, now my phone charging light flashes on and off
