need help please

Trying to get an answer. I had the apps. tab that you touch and drag up but somehow it got switched to a 3 button tab phone grid for apps and browser how do I get it back to the drag type tab

with 2.2, that is the new home face. The phone icon takes you right to the phone calls, the icon that looks like the dial pad in the middle is the apps shortcut, and the right icon (globe) is the shortcut to Google browser. Those are three of your 7 new screens. You'll see there are small dots on either side of that three icon bar. Those represent the other home screens. If you swipe over to the right, you'll see there is now one dot on the left and three dots on the right. Swipe again, and all four dots go the right of the icon bar.
