Help Need Help Please

I Have a Flytouch 3 and only had it about a month. I belive it's running the new firmware! The problem is i have removed apps and i when i restart the tablet again.They all Return again, so i delete videos and pictures off it. But when i restarted it again they all returned. I have try a factory reset, but this still does not make any differents. The factory reset, just keeps coming up with auto reboot. Please help me

Quite a few cards seem to having this problem, your card becomes Read Only for some reason.

You could do no better than follow this excellent advice posted the other week here:

It does sound like your internal tf card is corrupted and has gone read only. If the tablet is rooted you might want to have a read here

Other than that....replace the internal tf card and try re-flashing
