Hi All

need help please

I have Galaxy Note II GT-N7100 I buy it from Kuwait and when I contacted with my PC it was giving me an update for my device but now it shows ( your device does not support software upgrading via Kies)
Current firmware version : PDA:LIH / PHONE:LIH / CSC:LIA (XXX) but before it was (XSG) and I don
 
I have a UK Note 2 16gb. I was also curious as to why Kies informs me that my device does not support firmware upgrading.
