Help Need Help please

Hello I need help with my galaxy note 2, I bought it on Ebay was originally on O2, rooted and was able to use other networks but I decided to completely unroot it as it was too complicated for me, so after I factory reset everything it now doest accept any sim card at all as it will just say "selected network (3) unavailable", does anyone know whats wrong with it and how I can maybe fix it
