Help need help really bad

i rooted my phone and deleted a bunch of apps wich i wasnt sopposed to and now my phone is stuck on the android screen sometimes or sometimes it turn on to the welcome screen where u gotta push the lock across the screen then the screen turns black how can i recover my phone

i believe you hold down the home, volume down, and power buttons at the same time. i could be wrong though.

Factory Reset will not restore deleted system apps. This is why almost every tutorial (here anyway) says to make some sort of backup before deleting things.

The thread labeled "if you deleted a system app look here" will help you get some system apps back. Further along in the thread you will see how to reinstall them using ADB Shell.

If the LG Update Tool servers are running again, you can use it's Recovery option to flash your phone back to stock.
