Need help really badly! Recovery gone wrong.

Ok guys, im in a really big crisis right now with my Galaxy sII for at&t. I recently downloaded cyanogen mod and put it on my phone so i can use clockwork mod to install it. I made a mistake so i restored to a backup i made recently, which was no problem. But with the restore it completely wiped out my phone so i thought "maybe, i chose the wrong button or something". So after i went to clockwork mod recovery and chose "restore from sd" or something like that and found the ACTUAL backup i needed to restore from. When i chose it and after it said it was done, i chose reboot. Now heres the problem, the phone turns on , but literally stays on the "Samsung Galaxy sII GT-I9100" screen . I tried volume up + volume down+ power button, but it doesnt do anything. When i plug it into my computer, it doesnt recognize my phone unless i do the volume up and down and power button recovery, and even when it does recognize it, it doesnt show up in "my computer". Also when its plugged into my computer and it shows the charging battery which is also completely frozen, i do the "volume up + dwn + power button, and it shows some screen with odin saying volume up for custom os or volume down to restart the phone, which ive tried both and can safely say that it doesnt work. To sum this up, my phone is stuck on the boot up screen and i cant do anything to my knowledge to fix it, so thats why i came to you guys.

BTW im really sorry for the long post, but this will develop into an extreme problem , and i've acknowledged that my stupidity most likely brought me into this. But im begging you guys, you guys are my only hope. Thanks.

The long post isn't a problem. Take the battery out is the first step, to kill the boot screen. Try booting into clockwork mod recovery again, and restoring from a earlier backup.

Ya, thats the first thing i did, but now my battery is depleted, and i cant get to clockwork recovery. I really hope im not screwed.

Oh and i forgot to mention, i NEVER couldve gone into clockwork mod recovery since this problem first started, and the battery isnt charging :/

The battery should charge, even with the phone off. If you keep the phone off and plug in the charger, what happens?

The phone should only be warm until the charge is full. Then it shuts itself off and it should be done long before you wake up. It sounds like something is physically wrong with it. You might need to seek a repair or replacement. Are you still under warranty?

Ya there might be a problem physically, but this didnt happen before i used the CW mod restore, so im assuming that its not physical, but who knows. Maybe when it was restoring, it maybe messed up something or missed one of the files leading to this.

Well there's no harm now in redoing everything. Start with a new kernel. Put the phone into download mode. (Press and hold the volume down button and plug in the USB cable. Keep holding the volume down button until you see the warning about flashing custom firmware. Then release the button and press the volume up button to confirm. You will see something called Odin mode at the top of the list.)

Go to Odin on your PC and flash a new kernel. You could try this one as it includes root and CWM.

Once you have the new kernel flashed, assuming it succeeded, try flashing a new rom. Not sure what you're looking for, so it's really up to you.

Good news, it works. I did exactly what the video told me and it ended up just like before. Thanks a lot, i really appreciate it, i thought i was screwed for a while.
