Need Help - Recovery error

Hello All!, Tried to flash 2/22 GB Rom and may have done a bad wipe.
Get's ERROR when booting to recovery - below. Can't do anything else.:(

ClockworkMod Recovery v2.5.0.7
E:Error in CACHE:recovery/log
(No space left on device)

Do the following from Recovery:
- Factory Reset
- Wipe Dalvik Cache
- Format Boot/System/Cache (from the advanced menu)

I would also re-download the ROM just in case it was corrupted during the download.

Thanks for responding, but my hero is stuck on the error above and does not go thru the recovery process - no choices to click

Hero not recognize by PC

You might have to reinstall the stock Android 2.1 RUU which is available here along with HTC Sync: HTC Mobile Phone Support - HTC Hero? (Sprint) - Downloads .

Just install HTC Sync and then run the Android 2.1 RUU executable. If your handset is not recognized you might have to go into Device Manager in Windows and uninstall and reinstall drivers. Sometimes running the Android 2.1 RUU executable twice also gets it working. I had to when I updated to Android 2.1 a while back.
